Owner or tenant responsibility?
When a repair comes up, we first determine who is responsible. If it's required by rental code or needed to keep the property healthy, we act on it.
Always building our vendor network
The more vendors we know, the better pricing and service we can obtain for our clients. Our vendors coordinate directly with tenants while we monitor each repair to completion and invoice.
Home warranty? No problem
If a request falls under your home warranty, we call the warranty company first. If they delay urgent items like AC or water heaters, we ask you to stay open to using our vendor network.
Prefer to fix it yourself?
Great — it's the best way to save on labor. Repairs with outside vendors are coordinated and invoiced directly by the landlord. For tenant satisfaction and speed, we recommend our network whenever possible.
