Our PMs walk every property with Zinspector, the assessment app — rating each item, noting the action needed and attaching time-stamped photos of any damage.

Before move-in
We document the property's condition before every tenant moves in. This report becomes the reference for complete clarity at move-out.
Routine assessments
Completed within the first 6–9 months of a tenancy, then once a year at renewal. If a tenant is in violation, we issue a breach notice to make sure they uphold their end of the lease.
After move-out
We determine what's needed for the next tenant and whether any charges belong on the prior tenant's deposit — compared directly against the move-in report.
